TEAM LEAD - EVENT OPERATIONS | Hours Vary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as the Team Lead, Event Operations. This role is integral to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all event rentals. The Team Lead provides on-site leadership to casual event staff, oversees event setups and teardown, supports guest needs, and ensures the facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming throughout each event.
Success in this role requires strong leadership and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards. The Team Lead works collaboratively with the Events Coordinator and Building Manager to ensure seamless event execution and an exceptional experience for all guests and clients.
CASUAL FACILITY STAFF | Hours Vary | Multiple Position Available
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals to join our CN Team as Facility Staff. This role is essential to ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and security of our building during event rentals and day-to-day operations. Facility Staff work directly with the Team Lead, Events Coordinator, and Building Manager to ensure the facility is prepared, clean, and welcoming for all guests. This is an excellent role for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and flexible scheduling.
CASUAL CAFE STAFF | Hours Vary | Multiple Position Available
We’re seeking reliable and friendly Casual Café Staff members to join our team and help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits our establishment. You’ll play an important role in preparing and serving food and drinks, keeping our kitchen and café running smoothly, and supporting events when needed. Working closely with the Kitchen Coordinator, you’ll help ensure everything is clean, organized, and ready to go — whether it’s for a regular day of service or a special event night.
